1. Who we are

We are the operator of this platform (the "controller" within the meaning of the GDPR). We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it in accordance with the applicable European data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This includes, for example, your name, your e-mail address, your password (stored in encrypted form) and the data you enter while using the platform (such as riders, horses, teachers and bookings).

We process your personal data on the basis of the GDPR. In particular, we process data that is necessary to provide the service you have requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and where we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing the platform (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your personal data is not shared with third parties. We do not sell, rent or pass on your data to anyone. Data is only processed within the platform to provide the service to you and your stable.

5. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Passwords are stored in encrypted form and are never shared.

6. Data retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as it is necessary to provide the service or to fulfil legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request erasure of your data;
• restrict the processing of your data;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• object to the processing of your data; and
